This service is a secure, convenient and fast
way to pay your invoice. There is no additional
fee for using this service.
DISCLAIMER:
By using the eCheck payment service, I authorize
My Moccasin Shop to withdraw funds from the
Financial Institution account that I have
provided to pay the charges billed for my
internet purchase. Furthermore, I affirm and
attest to the fact that I am authorized to make
withdrawals from this Financial Institution
account. I understand and agree that My Moccasin
Shop is not liable for any mistake or failure of
the Financial Institution to pay over any funds
to My Moccasin Shop. I also realize that any
failure by the Financial Institution to pay my
invoice through this eCheck payment service does
not relieve me from the responsibility for
payment of my invoice. I also agree that a
returned check fee of $35.00 will apply if the
Financial Institution fails to honor or later
voids an eCheck payment transaction.
